The service man that assisted men was very friendly, and he informed me of the repairs that I needed and the cost. The only concern was that the cost of labor was too high and I really could not understand the billing. I always had good service and I wanted my car to be serviced by VW, but the prices really hit in my pocket.

I really appreciate how the service advisor explained everything thoroughly with what was causing my brake noise and the inspection I had a wonderful experience and also appreciate how the technician took his time and left my vehicle just how I had dropped it off and even took the time to give my vehicle a wash. Thankful for the advisor and the technician and also the manager which was really kind overall a great experience!
