    I gave this place a one-star review because I visited them for a blind spot issue. However, they advised me that a proper alignment was required, so I agreed. The entire process took two days, but unfortunately, they couldn’t complete the alignment during those two days. I was extremely frustrated because that was exactly what I needed, as it was a significant concern for them. I will never return to this establishment.

    Volkswagen downtown La is the best to bring your car for service it’s always fast service and great costumer service .The only advisor I go to is Martin Alvarez known him for many years and I trust him with my car always on point and makes sure I get the recommend services for my vehicle.

    Jesus was an amazing sales associate. He did not pressure me. He was very clear on what the lowest price he could offer would be. He made the experience wonderful. There were no hassles with paperwork or any other issues. I am thrilled with the deal that I got but more importantly I felt very well cared for.

    Shawn was extremely helpful and very attentive to the issues I was describing. He made her to document to the accuracy of what I have been experiencing as well, as making sure that any small adjustments were made to attempt to replicate the issues. Shawn also took the time to accompany me in the car to try and diagnosed the issues that I have been experiencing so he could further understand what the issues were.

    I have always had faith in DTLAVW Service, Through different service managers; Even before Kosta and Danny, Downtown Los Angeles Volkswagen service has helped me maintain and retain value on Both the cars I have purchased from DTLAVW and those I had previously purchased—- Jacob Fuentes did a good job in helping carry that trust forward— Thank you for making customer satisfaction job one.
