    From my experience with the VW DTLA website through to the incredibly AWESOME service from Jesus and fantastic and fast financials with Mel, this was the best, easiest, and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would not hesitate to sing their praises to anyone, and highly encourage anyone looking for a car, to go see Jesus. Thank you, Jesus, Mel and VW DTLA for my new ID.4. I love it!!!

    Poor service by [Jeffery Morataya] From Start to the end, his service was totally unprofessional and unpleasant, and amateur with bad attitude. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant service I got from VW service center. He took more than 30mins just for check-in. and He ordered an uber for my work but to WRONG address. I had to pay $22.25 out of my pocket to go to work and still late for work. and he ordered ANOTHER WRONG UBER for pick up even after I asked him to fix it. I asked for the refund on my Uber, and he said I have to come back for another service and have my car repaired at VW DTLA to get that credit. I'm done with my warranty and I'm not going back. he said I have to lose the uber credit. Well, this is HIS fault and I don't understand why I have to be responsible. And on the maintenance report, he charged $61 for fee which was supposed to be $0. and someone at the counter corrected it to $0. From Start to the end, his service was totally unprofessional and unpleasant, and amateur with bad attitude.

    I left my car without hassles at 11:15am and was able to pick it up the same day. Got a lyft home while I waited. No issues except that part of the paint came off but i think it’s because I had to keep the frame of the bumper from falling off with a maskin tape and that probably caused the paint to come off.

    Arrived at 8 am w/appt. Oil & filter change, took 31/2 hrs. I never had any problems with my car starting until I got my car back from having this minor service done. Battery was dead, had to replace it. I'm thinking my battery was switched out at this point.
