Easy to schedule appointment on phone and drop off and pick up vehicle.

They have parts shipped from across the country and it took them over a week for the first couple parts, then extra 10 days for the additional part (they kept my car for the second time since they said it couldn't be driven without that fix) but overall they communicated with me and gave me a rental so it went smoothly but I wish they had parts shipped faster or from a closer place.

Apparently there's an expiration date of the services in my lease. This was not explained to me at the time of signing my lease so I just had to pay for a service that I thought was included. I'm at 20,800 miles and thought I could get a 20K service - this was not the case. This means I have only had 1 service included in a 3-year lease and this make me unlikely to choose VW for my next vehicle.
