    I came back to DTLA VW for my car purchase because of my previous experience with Rami years ago. He is an excellent salesman, super friendly, goes above and beyond, and is just wonderful to work with.

    I had a good overall experience at the Volkswagen dealership. Kosta, my service agent, was straightforward, clear in his explanations, and made the process smooth. I appreciated being able to use my 10% discount from a previous visit, and the complimentary Ubers to and from the dealership were a great touch. The only downside was the difficulty reaching my service agent during the day. There was a noticeable delay in communication when I called, which caused some frustration—especially when I was ready for the Uber pickup and couldn’t get in touch right away. That delay ended up putting me in traffic later. Still, the service itself was solid and everything else went smoothly. Would definitely return, but hope communication during the day becomes a little more responsive.
