    Terrible customer service, one star given because I can't give zero. They kept repeating that they do not honor closed Santa Monica VW warranties as if they were doing me a favor to replace a battery that was still covered. Then they refused to replace a tire under warranty recently bought from Pacific VW which got a huge bolt on my way to Downtown LA for an oil change. I had to take another day off of work to go to Pacific to get tire replaced instead of getting it done then and there at Downtown. Pacific VW said that Downtown LA and all nationwide VW dealers should have honored the tire warranty. Downtown LA then acted like they did me a courtesy by replacing windshield washer fluid lid which I am pretty sure that they broke because they never even said it was broken and missing when they topped off fluid. It was noticed when we opened up the hood because of a helicopter sound that began after they changed the battery. I had to return to get sound checked out. Their tech. heard it too but could not pinpoint reason. Never going back even though they are closer and I always take my car to dealer for repairs and maintenance, I will go to Hawthorne instead. Martin Alvarez said Pacific never refunded LA for a previous tire replacement, and that is not my fault nor reason to not attend to customer and not replace tire. Would not work ever with them.

    Customer service was unbelievably bad, I made over 8 calls to discuss my car service and not once was able to be connected to someone to discuss my concerns or service. I could not drop my car off myself as it was towed, so important information was never relayed. Even in scheduling a pick up after my service was done, I was not able to contact ANYONE after several attempts.

    The customer rep Armando was extremely knowledgeable went out of his way to provide me with what I was looking for. Explained every detail of the vehicle and my questions definitely recommending Armando. Will be a returning Customer.
