My salesman [Cola] assisted me through the whole process, he even explained every steps for the all new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan including all the features to it. I believe Cola knows what he is doing as a Salesman due to the fact he been with Volkswagen for awhile. Then the real process begins with the other management finalizing all the paperworks and ecplaining everything to what I'm signing. It's been just about 1 week now since I got the new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan and I been able to enjoy driving the new car [I am a bit disappointed that the car didn't come with the features of the Ambient changing colors I wanted to see and show it to my kids [it does look likes the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan has the Ambient changing color to it but I tried looking for it from the touchscreen and it would be awesome if Volkswagen downtown la can add the Ambient changing lights. The reasons I gave it a 5 Stars rating is because my Saleman [Cola] deserves it due to delivering a great customer services.
