I waited for 4 hours without any update. I had to ask 3 times about my car to be told after 4 hours that they needed to keep it. I had an appointment at 10.15 am and left at 3pm with a loaner. Surely they could have come to that conclusion before if they had respected the schedule. Other than that, every one was polite and helpful when it was decided that I needed a loaner. But you have no update unless you ask for it.
