    The actual service was as expected but the communication with my service advisor left a lot to be desired. I would not want to interact with this service advisor again. When dropping my car off at 7:30am, I was told (not by the service advisor as the service advisor was not there) it would be ready in a couple of hours. A few hours later, at 2pm, I tried texting the service advisor to get an estimated pick up time - no response, an hour later I tried calling the service department multiple times over the course of an hour with the last call, at 4pm, being one hour before last pick up time - my calls were not answered, I tried calling the service advisor's direct line at 3:30pm - no answer or response to my previous text message, I then called the service line from a different phone number and my call was answered right away by a different service advisor that told me my car is ready to be picked up and shortly after this I got a text saying the work is done. When picking up my car, my service advisor was chatting with a couple of other employees about charging their tablets and only after a different service advisor tried to help me and redirected me to my service advisor did I get help. When I mentioned that it was very difficult to reach anyone in service I received no apology from my service advisor, just a "we've been busy" and "I'll make sure my boss hears about this" - pointing to one of the people in the tablet charging conversation who seemed to either not hear this or just not care. Six days after I picked up my car, I got a text from my service advisor saying my car is ready. I really disliked not being able to find out if I would be able to get my car back that day especially because I didn't have a loaner. This would not have been as frustrating if I got a simple "I'm sorry" with the "we've been busy" response, but being dismissive about my concern shows me there is either no understanding of the issue or no desire to address it.

    I gave 5 stars because Kosta Papavasiliou is really the best person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the 32+ years that I've been driving. He took care of my issues, did so in a timely manner, and communicated with me throughout the process so I never felt like I was in limbo, wondering when my car would be ready.
