    Thank you for the survey. I have been to the dealership before and have gotten solid service. Martin has been helping me for a while and has been excellent. But ever since the Santa Monica dealership closed it has been nearly impossible to get through to the service team. And when I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday I never got a call back with any information about the status of my vehicle. That call back was crucial for me setting up my next day because I would be without a car. I made it clear if the car was going to take a while then I would need a rental. And I was assured I would get the info I needed and that the dealership would set me up with a car. I heard nothing. And I couldn't get a hold of anyone at all. So I had to go through my insurance to set up a car. And the time lost impacted my working day. I'm still pretty much in the dark in the dark about the status of my repairs. Bryan from ACG has been pretty helpful about info for the bodywork and gave me a slight update about the repair. Overall this has been a terrible service experience, on top of the fact that I've been struggling with the same issue with my vehicle for a while without a permanent solution. I am not at all happy with my experience and I'm really doubting that I'll continue leasing from Volkswagen.
