    The new battery seems to be great (if incredibly expensive), but I spent 4 hours sitting in a waiting area with a smoke detector battery chirp going off non-stop the entire time. Apparently that had been happening for three solid days. What the actual what? Also, when I walked in, one of the folks (maybe a salesman, not one of the guys helping me in service, who were all nice, even if they didn't know how to change the smoke detector battery) was walking around with a dental floss thing in his mouth and kept fiddling with it. Just, gross and so not professional. The work seems to be good, and the service manager for my repair was great, but the environment is not pleasant.

    I have come to find it is pointless to make an appointment when you get there on time and they see you 30 to 40 minutes after your appointment time.

    Unfriendly service advisor. Was forced to wait a half hour past appointment time. I did not appreciate the hard sell attitude for unnecessary service. This dealership is run like it’s about to go out of business, which it probably should.

    Appointment took 6+ hours. Paid $800 for breaks/rotors and breaks are still squeaking. I texted the service rep the next day advising breaks are still squeaking. Received a response 4 days later. This isn’t the first time I have been dissatisfied with service appointment at this dealership.
