Experience was great. Everyone was welcoming I was greeted by multiple people upon arrival. I was assisted at a timely manner. The service was great the service advisor Ryan was extremely helpful. He brought to my attention safety items that the technician working on my car found. Would definitely recommend this dealer to all VW drivers I know.

The afternoon I brought my Tiguan in I had been in downtown LA and my car would start but nothing would happen when I switch the car into different gears. The car would not move in drive or reverse. AAA came and was able to get the car started but told me to take it in to get checked as soon as possible. I did this immediately. I got there about 4:50 on a Saturday and no one was very interested in helping me but told me I could drop it off and they would call me Monday morning. I was happy to hear that nothing was majorly wrong on Monday morning but no one really explained what might have caused the problem. I also had had a reminder (either pop up in my car or in my email) that I should have the oil changed which I had been trying to find a time to bring my car in for. I asked if it was possible to do while the car was there. The response I got was that they had already done it during my 30k mile service. This was confusing to me since my car is only @ 23k miles and the 20k service was done back in May. I assumed this was just a typo, as it was over text, but also felt a little bit like my inquiry about it was brushed off and I felt uncomfortable pushing to inquire further at the time. I also felt bumped around to a couple different people, none that seemed very interested in my car or trying to help me other than Martin, who helped me in the end and who I appreciated.
