    Am very disappointed with the invoice and labour charges on it.. Just to get new break pads and new rear tires if this how you take customers for a ride and charge so much.. no customer will be happy to own a Volkswagen vehicle.. I still hear noises in my car for what I have been told it’s been fixed by changing rear tires and break pads.. I don’t know what to do..am scared to take the car back to showroom.. so am sorry am helpless I have to give a bad review.. bcz am very very disappointed.. and one more important thing I need to add is I get a message that my car is ready to be picked up from show room and I should pick it up before 1pm bcz we are closing early today.. and I get another message of my Invoice if you want to pay by clicking on the link and when I see my invoice the amount is completely more than what was estimated.. so I don’t get a chance to discuss and I just have to pay.. that’s really horrible..this is really smart move from the agent just come take you car and when I asked for discount it’s just as if hez doing me a favour $50.. If I really had to get my car repaired I would have done with so many other good vendors outside who will not even charge me half of what I paid..
