VW was super responsive - I was in a bind b/c I was visiting LA from Northern CA and my car had a problem. I had to drive back that day (7 hours drive). I was taken in early and the repair was made quickly - everything was explained to me accurately.

Kosta and the team at the dealership were fantastic, friendly, and fixed my problem immediately. The main issue is with appointment scheduling - no one answers the phone in the scheduling department, the website you're directed to if you need to change / cancel an appointment simply does not work, and it all is very frustrating for customers and undermines the onsite staff's ability to do their jobs. Please address this, as there are many third-party booking software options available and this should be easy to fix. This was by far the worst experience I've had with an online booking platform in recent memory.

The new battery seems to be great (if incredibly expensive), but I spent 4 hours sitting in a waiting area with a smoke detector battery chirp going off non-stop the entire time. Apparently that had been happening for three solid days. What the actual what? Also, when I walked in, one of the folks (maybe a salesman, not one of the guys helping me in service, who were all nice, even if they didn't know how to change the smoke detector battery) was walking around with a dental floss thing in his mouth and kept fiddling with it. Just, gross and so not professional. The work seems to be good, and the service manager for my repair was great, but the environment is not pleasant.

I have come to find it is pointless to make an appointment when you get there on time and they see you 30 to 40 minutes after your appointment time.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I felt like I could trust them and they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
