    Kosta did an excellent job problem solving for me. He arranged for a loaner car. He kept me up to date with what was happening on a regular basis. He was apologetic and empathetic of the situation.

    Personal service, great communication. I appreciated having one service representative take charge of the whole process. They even rolled the recall service into the 20,000 mile service that I had scheduled eliminating the need to return another day.

    I took my car in for a driver seat airbag recall. The part was delayed so my car had to stay overnight. For this inconvenience, Kosta ran a diagnosis test for me because I was concerned with my car lagging when starting.

    Raz is why I chose this rating. He was very helpful at every turn in the search for the right car.. He was not pushy, but got the process going efficiently and without wasting time. I was not always able to meet at our agreed time, but he was very patient.

    I turned my vehicle in on January 9, 2025, was promised it back on Saturday January 11, 2025. I know things come up, when I vehicle is not returned at the promised time, why is a loan vehicle not provided?
