    Jasminne was understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner car provided for the week. She was compassionate about my concerns and showed me what the issue was once that was available. She kept me updated throughout the process. She always had a pleasant demeanor and answered any questions I had.

    I have a favorable opinion of Volkswagen of Downtown LA and their service department. All the advisors are nice and thorough--any question I have, they answer with patience and kindness. My biggest ick is Volkswagen itself. My ID.4 has had several issues, many of which do not have a logical answer. I keep bringing it in, keep taking pictures, but there is no definitive solution. I was a loyal Volkswagen customer (Golf, GTI, Golf, ID.4), but as soon as I can get rid of this ridiculously bad EV, I'm done with the brand. I'll never buy, lease, drive another Volkswagen again.

    This was my first service, my appointment was at 8:30a and my car was not ready until 12:20p. More than 3hrs for a the first routine service is unacceptable.
