Everything eventually worked out, but 3 trips to service in 1 week was not ideal. The piece ordered for replacement was faulty, and in an attempt to install it the first time, the leather surrounding the console was damaged.

The two people who assisted me, the one who received the car and the one who took the car for the service, assisted me immediately, they did not plan to give me the car the same day, but as it was just an oil change, Joshua accepted my car for maintenance and well, they behaved very well with me, very attentive, very gentlemanly and thank you, I am very grateful.
